Is what legit, the car or the auction? The car is definately real there are some stats on it here: ZL1 Camaro
The auction also appears to be legit, the guy has sold big budget items before on ebay and he says he has no problem taking credit cards, both good signs.

The auction has nothing to do with a "ZL1 Camaro" they just swiped the picture. Apparently they have a prototype turbo kit and asking for you to bid to be their guinea pig. Do you feel lucky, punk? Well do you?
