I'm thinking of changing my taillights and so far this is the best I have found. What's your guys' opinions? Just copy and paste.

Its about personnal preference..... What color is your car????? Sometimes aftermarket doesnt look right.....

Well my car is black so it would kind of flow with it. I don't think they look bad, it's different, I want to make my car unique and stand out and I haven't really seen a lot of camaros with aftermarket taillights, maybe they don't look good and that's why there aren't a lot out there. Well thanks for being honest.

 

What I experienced with the euro altezzas is that the lense is plastic and doesn't look right to me. I have the TYC carbon fiber euros on mine, but I ended up using VHT Nightshades to smoke the lense and create a smoked look but still have the great aftermarket look when it's all lit up.

 

I personally don't care for them, but then again it is your car and your preference is all that really matters. If you like them, give it a shot, they aren't terribly expensive so if they turn out to be horrific looking its not like you took a big loss.

 

i personally do not care for them myself either. i think the stock taillights are good looking themseleves

 

Not a fan of those taillights either but it's your car and do what you think looks good.

 

OK, I'm not changing them! My brother said they would look tight (he drives a riced out honda ), so yeah, they're staying on.

 

cant go wrong with a black car and blackouts! Leave stock lights and toss on blackouts. Itll look sexy.

 

Most blackouts are illegal in most States..... He might try getting them smoked at a paint shop....

 

In my opinion they are disgusting and have no place on a Camaro, but it is entirely up to you what you do with your car, of course.

Either way I'm glad to hear you've decided not to do it. Those pieces of crap are for Hondas. meissenation's car is the one exception to the rule, because he shaded them so that they actually look decent.

 

I've had the blackouts on but after a while I just took them off because it looked too dull. Not only that but they warped my taillights and I wasn't too happy about that. After serious thinking it just looks better the way I have it now. Huh?

 

I agree with the VHT Nightshades idea...it looks good and you can do it as light or dark as you desire with in the law.

 

VHT Nightshades is the best idea, you can tint them and they won't overheat your lenses like the regular blackouts do that warp your taillights from too much heat buildup.
