I always liked how the black SS emblems had the silver border and I loved how that combination looked on NBM Camaros. What if I did that with my Z28 emblems? I photoshoped it and this is what I'm thinking it would look like:

It looks alright, but I think it'd be a hell of a tedious chore to do it.

 

That's what I was thinkin too. I may pick up a few extras and experiment and see what I can come up with.

 

imo, it looks pretty sweet... but that would be a painful process to do and make it look nice.

 

Not bad, do you know anyone with a computerized engraver? You'll be able to set it up where it'll lightly scribe the surface just enough to take out the paint and it'll be white, instead of painting it with a microscope

 

I think it looks great, but I think any attempt you do by hand is going to be a big waste of time and difficult as hell. I would recommend contacting Brent Franker, showing him what you want, and having him print you some vinyl you can put over your emblems so they are exactly perfect.

 

Could look pretty good. Make sure to post up some pics if you do it.
