Ok i think i have it planned out as to that to do for the appearence of my car. It is a 98 z28 that is bright purple metalic( really deep grape color) and i s want to get a VFN fiberglass stingray hood. ( VFNfiberglass.com ). and a lgmotorsports 5 in spoiler. maybe a 2 in drop and some c5 rims powdercoated gunmetal. What do you guys think i need other peoples input ond oppinions. Thanks

 

Everything sounds good to me cept for the big block hood. Personally, I have never been a big fan of them and would rather go with the Ultra Z hood from SLP.

I would do SS hood or no hood, chrome C5 or SS wheels, not painted, and the lowering, get headlight blackouts, maybe window tinting and get a good exhaust system. The nice thing about having a car that color is you don't have to do much. i would definity go with chrome wheels over painted, then you can get some nice chrome exhaust tips as well. For the interior i would get black leather seat covers if you don't have them already. those are like $500 from GM, get those instead of the spoiler.

 

I would plan on getting some better shocks too with those 2in drop springs. Thats just me though. I love the C5 rims, esp powdercoated, so it sounds like a sweet set-up.

do what you want to do! you should make the car the way you want to look and not based on others opinons. I have the stingray hood and love it, at first everyone said no and it would look ugly, but since then all of my friends including my gf (the one who hated it the most) love it. Personally everyone says get the SLP or SS hood, but so many people have it, why would you want the same camaro as everyone else. I say go for it, you wont forget it!
