I am replacing my door panels with some T/A panels, but I don't know what color to get. My car is currently the dark gray color, 95Z, but I really want black leather. Do they have dark grey with black leather? I haven't found them if they do...but how would all black door panels look in a car with a different color interior? So many choices.....

 

also is there anyway to take scuff marks off of door panels?

 

Wait a minute... dark gray color? Is this a stock color or custom? Because there wasn't anything gray but sebring silver in 95. My Z28 is sebring silver if you need to check in my cardomain site.

I use STP "tire foam" stuff to renew plastics all over the car; it really depends what you mean by scuff marks. Depending on how deep they are, the tire foam may remove them.

I don't know much about f-birds, but the blackish materials on Camaro doors are ebony vinyl (what you might think is leather) and ebony plastic, no leather. Hope that helps.

 

I ment the interior color. It is dark gray interior color. Most of the scuffs on my interior aren't that deep, but when I was moving last month I put my sub frame connectors in the back of the car and they scuffed up the sail panels pretty bad....maybe I will try the tire foam and see what it does. Obviously I don't want to use anything abbrasive because it would just scratch everything up. I am thinking about just getting the black panels and then getting some interior dye and doing the rest of my interior black....maybe....

 

Oh. I haven't been in many Camaros other than the ones we own, but I'm not sure that black panels were ever made. In both of our's we have the same ebony/charcoal looking ones. I definitely can't help you on this topic... but at least I can bump it back to the top of the page .
