As the topic states. Also anybody have the dimensions on the dash and interior in general? Thanks.

Excellent work.

I want to spruce up my interior a little more and I was thinking why not just put a whole damn new dash in there from a car that is a little more luxury oriented. I would just keep the factory gauges and work them in and keep any other necessary components. Granted this will probably never happen but I thought it would be fun to do some research on it and just see if it was even possible without selling your soul.

I have never seen another dash that is as long as ours on the F-Bodys (from the windshield). Even if there was, good luck getting the current gauges to work.

Well I could keep the piece that extends from the edge of the windshield do the front dash area (for lack of a better term) and I understand it will be hard to use the camaro gauge cluster, but obviously the whole project would take alot of fabrication so that would just be another part of the process. I just want to find a dash that is going to fit relatively well and then worry about the smaller things like air ducts, gauge cluster, etc.

EDIT: I would like to find something like this from another car that has close to the same dimensions. See how the kit doesn't include the long back piece beneath the windshield. I just need the front area.

Hmmm...that is an interesting idea. Maybe I could even get the gauges to work somehow considering it is a GM vehicle. Thanks for the idea.
