What is the best way to fix a crack in the front bumper cover?

I have a crack in my front bumper cover and fender from someone backing into it lightly, what is the best way to fix this and where do I get the materials from?

I was thinking of pulling the panels off and applying epoxy on both sides and then put a bra to cover the front (I am in college and don't have the money to have it painted) I could sand down the epoxy and get the cracks smooth. Any suggestions? Does anyone know what a body shop might charge for this?

I had a crack in the front bumped on my 86. I called a body shop and they said they could weld it, and paint it for about 100$.

And yes, I said weld it

Sorry I didn't specify, it is a 94 camaro. The front bumper cover and fender are like fiberglass and the epoxy bond I was talking about is for plastic, not the metal type. I want to know if this would be the best way or how much a body shop should charge. Thanks.
