what are the best 9005 and 9006 lights and what are the wattage limits

what are the best 9005 and 9006 lights and what are the wattage limits for the stock wiring harness?

i would prefer whitish bulbs, i'm currently running gp thunder 8500k lights and i like the color but not the brightness. They lasted 3 years but one just went out.

i've searched and most of the stuff i found is really old.

For best lighting I would use the HIR Bulbs:
9005 Chart from Rally Lights

Yes they are expensive, but I have the highs in my Subaru, and well it's like daylight....

I'm sure the lows are just as nice...

Should have no issues with Harness, but they are much different in color than your current 8500K. FYI for pure white you want 4300-5000K, so the HIRs will be slightly yellow. On the flip side anything over 6500K gets into blue/purple and loses light output.

So make up your mind color vs. light....
