Post What all is needed for 95 to 97+ console conversion?

I would like to replace my old center console with one out of a 97+ Trans Am. Can anyone offer any advice and what all will I need? Do I need just the upper part or the lower part as well? How many of you guys have done this and does anyone have any links? Thanks in advance.

You shouldnt need anything but the console. Check the pics in the sig for what it looks like. You will need the whole console though.

you need the entire console, the front bracket, possible new wires to link to the lighters and likely something to fill the gap, the consoles have a plate you may need if you have a vert or if it's out of a vert.

There is no gaps on Firebirds/Trans Ams, just on Camaros. I have a 97+ console for my Camaro. Pics in the sig.
