I am looking into a ram air hood for my 1994 Trans AM. I want to convert to ram air so I would need it to be functional. I was looking at the 4" VFN Ram Air hood, bolt on, not pin on. Is this hood a functional hood? I know alot of people on the board have them. Curious, I dont want to spend $600+ for a functional hood, i think the VFN 4" ram air is $459.
