You're going to have to get some mirrors and put them under your car at car shows.

That's good look pretty good man. I wish I had the patience.

I wonder how long it'll look that good before the LT1 starts leaking oil all over that gorgeous oil pan. :p

Hmm

I'm pretty meticulous when I assemble an engine, and on the intake I will use plenty of right stuff gasket maker. That stuff is AWESOME! I'm hoping that with enough patience and precaution I shouldn't see any leaks for quite a While....Thanks for all the compliments guys!

It's too bad this forum is so dead lately, because you really deserve more compliments.

Looks GREAT!!! I see one problem you'll run into though with powdercoating your accessory bracket. The alternator uses it as a ground, so with it powdercoated, your car will not charge. This happened on a friend's car that also powdercoated his bracket. He ended up running a ground strap from the lower alternator bolt to the block, but if your motor is still out of the car, take the bracket off and take the powdercoating off where the bracket meats the block by the bolts (to create a ground to the block) and also where the alternator sits in the bracket by the bolts.

looks great stay on it and pay attention to details and it should come out amazing. when i put my engine in i cleaned everything good but nothing like yours. now i regret not taking the time to paint powdercoat and polish more.

I have a question about the water pump.
When you had it coated was there and seal or other parts that need to be removed to coat?
Thanks Mike Fitzgerald.
PS
Your Project is looking great!!
