OK I POSTED LAST WEEK WITH PICS OF THE SPOILER I JUST GOT. Many people stated that the car was in SAD shape.

Rims make a huge difference...looks good!

It says he's going to use Hugger Orange with white stripes on the hood and white side stripes on his site.

 

Does that back end picture have the 315's on it?

Not a flame, but I was thinking that the tread width would be a LOT bigger than they appear to be.

 

yep thats a pic of one of the 315s. its a sumo 315-35-17. i don't understandyour question on how big or small the tread should be. i DO know they make a world of difference. i can get on the throttle and not have the car go sideways on me

 

nice. I didn't know you could put 315's on a 9 in wide rims...

 

i bet u 275 and 315s on a 9inch wheel will look exactly the same

 

The car is definately coming along nicely!!! What kind of tire preasure are you running for the 315's. I have 17 x 9.5's and not all the tire comes in contact with the ground, I can't imagine 9? The car is realling coming along nicely, can't wait to see the new paint!

Just thought that I had read somewhere that the 315/35/17 had a 12" footprint. Maybe that was the 18" tire that had that size. Just doesn't do it much justice I guess with a picture. That's an awesome size, glad to hear your enjoying it.


How was the install? any mods needed to fit it?
