How do you replace the covers for these? Do you have to take off the bumper to get to them? My passenger side one is cracked and I want to pick up a new one. Just by looking at it (its too damn cold to do anything about it right now) doesnt look like it would come off without some annoying work... haha!

Let me know guys... its an eyesore seeing it broken like that everytime i set foot in the garage.

you have to remove a few bolts under the front bumper on the black things on each side and go at it from the bottome i think theyre held in with like 2 or 3 bolts if i remember correctly

I'll assume you are talking about the fronts.....

on the bottom there are two 10mm bolts that open, i'll call it a "door"

open the door and peak inside, you will see 3, i believe 7mm, maybe 8 mm bolts that hold the marker on. One on the far right side, and two in the middle, if my memory serves me correct. Then you just lift it up, pull the two bulbs out, and slide it out the "door"

Yeah, for something that you would think would be easy to take out and replace can actually be a pretty big chore.

Yep but it makes it that much more satisfying when its done. The camaro makes up for it w/ the rear markers and taillights...those can basically just fall out!

For some of the stock orange covers? Parts stores won't carry them.

You'll either need to get them from the dealership ($$$) or find them on eBay ($). I'd go with eBay.

Or you can check around the board, someone might have an extra pair. I did when I swapped them out for some clears, but I don't know where I put them.

the smoked ones dont really do anything for me. You can barely see them when they are actually in use and id hate to get harassed by cops.
