While this is "OK" in this forum, the t-top conversion is primarily talked about in the Appearance Section. I'll move it there for ya

The front conversion has been done a number of times but is costly!

First, the t-top conversion is very easy. This gets asked once a week, so do a search. I just did it and it was really simple. You need

-t-tops
-weatherstripping
-t-top brackets
-windshield trim piece
-center bar for t-tops
-front and read t-top apillars
-weatherstripping channel, for the front part
-t-top headliner

I paid a total of about $185 for my conversion

$25 for brackets and headliner
$10 on ebay for t-tops ($30 shipped)
$20 for center t-top holder bar
$30 for a-pillars, front and back
$100 for weather stripping and rear t-top roof piece (don't need it, unless you want to repaint)

For the front end conversion, I believe you will need new front fenders, along with different headlights and numerous other things. Again, do a search for this

Because if he does it right he's not going to mess up anything. And if you do the conversion yourself and it ever leaks (like a lot of factory t-top cars do) he can make adjustments to tighten it up. Like said above by "notstock4long" it was easy and only cost $185

Don't ruin a good hardtop. I get more compliments on my hardtop. Seems they are getting rare on the v8's.
