Looks really good. That must be the hood that I comment on liking--the one that looks a little wider than the stock SS hood scoop...?

How hard was it to get it lined up properly?

Bolted it up, and had to do some very small tinkering with the bolts in the holes, and it was fine from what he said. Said it was pretty straight forward

Hoods are easy once you know how to align it. Bolt the hood on the brackets. Live the front screws finger tight and back ones little tighter so the hood can be moved. Close the hood easy and latch it. Use a tool (((something wide, strong but not too thick))). Place it between the hood and fender and make the space as needed. Remember to use a peace of cloth so you don't scratch the paint. Once everything is aligned have someone come and unlatch the hood while you have some weight on the hood pressing down to prevent it from jumping up and shifting.

Once it’s opened tighten the screws and you’re done.

I don't think anyone makes a aftermarket hood that lives up to an OEM SS hood.

The thing about Camaro hoods is that a lot of the aftermarket ones fit like crap no matter what you do. The curvature doesn't always match the curve of the fenders. Same goes for the cheap SS spoilers, they don't always line up right.

That looks great! It looks like it fits pretty good. I really like how the SS scoop is shaped.
