I think it wouldn't be a problem, The Camaro and Trans Am are both Fbodys.

The one thing that still confuses me is the gauges. Say i get a dash from a trans am, what gauge cluster would i need to find? Some places say the trans am one would work, but would the year of the cluster matter? Some places say to get the cluster from a 97 camaro.

I know on the later cars with the digital odometer the cluster will make difference. I would assume you should go with a 95 trans am guage cluster.

to do the door panels the inside door skin will have to be modified where the big screws attach the door panel to the door.
