Tips on reupholstering seats?

After months of searching for seats, I found a set of 4 black leather seats for $60. The front seats are ripped so I am using the leather from the rear seats to refinish the front seats. So my question is what do I use to remount the fabric and where can I get them.

if you look on customseats.com (I think, or maybe something similar), they have a kit that they sell with their products that you can buy for around 30 bucks I think. It includes hog rings, adhesive, tool and some other things. Check it out, should be what you are looking for.
