Tint Scratching????

Has anyone else had the problem on their Camaro with their Tint Scratching? I've had mine for a year and a half now but just haven't had the time to take it to Chevy to have them check it out on what the problem is. On both the driver and passenger side window their are deep scratches on the tint as though the pads have came off and just use the metal brackets inside to scrape it off. I've seen it in other camaro's and some firebirds but don't have any clue on what i need to do with it. anyone have any tips?

robvas: do you have an idea on how much that this may cost to repair? i rarely have any free time to take to Chevy. Can this be fixed on my own?

joed4640: yes i do have power windows.

the place where i got mine done said this was going to happen, just depends on how high/low you have the window
due to the power window motors and track
