What would be the best % or kind of tint for a 93 black Camaro Z28??? I do tint myself just getting some ideas...

5 or 10 on back
10-20 on the sides

if u have t tops then 5-10 all round

 

Personally I had good sucess with 20% and 35%, they were lighter than I wanted but I could actually see out of them. And of course it depends on state laws. Here its like 35% and higher only. I personally think 5 is way too dark, 10 looks pimp though. If I had it my way I'd go with something around 10-25, because its dark yet classy.

 

I would go 20, seems about right. I'm here in Blacksburg too, from what I here that isn't even legal but there seems to be no problems.

Have what is in the Sig... Like the look of it, but have a little trouble backing up at night in unlit areas.. have to roll the windows down and use the side mirrors.

But that's the price you pay for the look.

Actually I'm having a Mirror Tint added to the rear hatch in a couple weeks when I get the stereo installed. I don't what ANYONE seeing in the hatch. And if I like the way it turns out, I may have the sides redone in 5% with the Mirror tint as well.
