I (for one) never said it was rice... I just told him it looked ugly.
I suppose for ignorant people, that would be closer to what some people consider "rice" since it is a "Asian" part on a "American" car ?

Know what I mean ?

i agree it did look wrong but it is the same principle, putting another cars tailights on a different model car, domestic or foreign. i never pinpointed you as one who said it was rice, nor am i trying to start an arguement. However, there is alot of hypocritical crap that goes on. i just wanted to give a recent example of what Black_Z28 was possibly refering to.

I hear ya.. I guess you have to draw the line somewhere...

LS1 interior on a LT1 ?

4th Gen seats in a 3rd gen ?

C5 Brake upgrade ?

Porche brake upgrade ?

LS1 taillights on a LT1 ?

Export taillights on a American Z28 ?

I wasn't calling you ignorant by the way... I was just saying that there are alot of ignorant people in this board

i have gs wheels on my car and now even that(painted wheels) has been refered to as rice.
i feel bad for the cats that put down the 30+ grand for the "riced" out GS vette or CE trans am.

lmao!

Anyways, the rice ordeal... I for one do not think that a hybrid conversion to vette tail lights is rice.... (Some may) Anytime i see a rice comment about something it is usually a custom design or something someone doesnt like, so right off the get go they yell rice! and everyone joins along... Pitiful if you ask me, who cares what other ppl like.

anywas back to the vette tailights. that price is not bad for the euro vette lights.. But will they work on a 93? and is the camaro lettering still going to be there, or shaved? I for one would still like it.

The Euro tails look good, but I think the all red ones look the best.
Screw the backup lights

Whoever did the red Z with the chopped back bumper- that looks pretty cool. One of the things I dont like about these cars is the big overhangs... too much car in front of and behind the rear wheels. The back looks good short like that.
