Appearance Hoods, spoilers, custom mods, accessories, etc.

Is there a difference between the SLP, ASCD, or Suncoast hoods?? Which is best?

You're hardheaded foxbat! How's this for a source?

"SLP produces the Camaro SS at its Montreal assembly facility, which is 20 minutes away from GM's Ste. Therese F-Car assembly plant. The process is simple: GM ships vehicles scheduled for alteration to SLP for that work. Following alteration, Camaro SS's are returned to GM's Ste. Therese assembly plant and subsequently shipped by GM carriers to Chevrolet dealerships."

The guy who asked the question in the first place was asking about a hood for a T/A, so the Camaro information although nice is kind of irrelevant. But SLP made the hood for the 96-97 WS6 for Pontiac as well. So with that said the SLP Ram Air H.O. hood is the VERY same hood that came on the 96-97 WS6 cars from Pontiac. Belive it or not .
