Taillight water???

Is there any way to get rid of the water that builds up in the taillights? Only my left side does it, and i just empty it every once in a while, but is there any way to fix the problem?

you have to buy clear sealant and caulk around the entire seam of the light, i had the same problem, the seals dry out

I heard something a while ago about GM replacing them if they held water. Am I wrong about that, or what?
