T-Top Part Question

The plastic end caps on my t-top Camaro are disintegrating and water pouring into the car when it rains. To replace them do I need to replace the entire center section? The best diagram I could find was http://www.trademotion.com/schematics/C/CD93400.gif #14. Just want to make sure before I spend $100 on it and have the incorrect part.

i've had to glue mine a couple of times. if you're referring to that plastic piece on the back of the center section that holds the t-tops down i'm pretty sure that is just cosmetic and doesn't actually prevent leaks of any kind.

I can see the roof panel in car through the hole in caps. The leak I have is almost directly under this in the center section above my transmission cover.

I'll double check again tonight and see if I can find another source for the leaks.

Well, I did finally find the leak. The seal in the center trim piece was leaking, I have a new piece to install and was wondering if I should use RTV, or something similar, on the screws to seal them.
