Question Are the sylvania Silverstar 880s safe for our foglight housings?

I seen them listed as a replacement on the webpage, but I'm wary about the housing of our foglights - how they tend to melt with certain bulbs.

I would assume these are safe.

Any body using them in their TA?

They are completely safe.
That is the same part number as the stock bulbs - and the same wattage. The color is the only difference. Heck - you could probably even get a free set of fog lights out of Sylvania if anything DID go wrong, just 'cause they recommended you use that bulb and stuff.

But yes, that is safe - no melting should occur.
