Has anyone taken a steering wheel with the radio controls (2002) and switched it with a 99 steering wheel without the radio controls? I went to go do it and the airbag sensors are different. Please let me know how to make this work. i have an aftremarket radio and the wheel with the radio controls is useless to me now and i hate the horn section and like the 99 where it has the horn buttons.

There is actually a wiring kit that allows you to use the controls with an aftermarket stereo.

Don't know anything else about this though - just wanted to let you know that. Hopefully someone will be able to help you though.
