Swapping seat material/cover?!

I have a set of leather seats from my wrecked 2000 z, but the gears are damaged from the wrec(stuck all the way back), and the under body frames are damaged(bent)... so cant do a direct swap... my 98 shell im putting the motor in has cloth... is there a way to take the leather covering off the other seats and swap them onto the cloth ones? it looks like you can...

Re: Swapping seat material/cover?!

No problem. I've never messed with Camaro covers but i have TA's. To do the bottom covers on the TA's you just remove the seat track, and then there are 4 plastic clips that clip over the steel frame and hold the cover on. Then the cover velcros right in the center where your butt goes. So it takes some pulling to get the cover off the foam after the clips are done. The bottom on my TA's had no hog rings, but the seat backs did.
