there are other people that sell that hood, but they all get it through suncoast. lucky for me i lived 30 min away from suncoast when i got mine so i drove there and picked it up. saved myself shipping costs and got to inspect the hood before i purchased it.

 

Its just going to be around $1000 to get it. But i will find someone with a deal.

Wow all these deals and i dont have the money......yet! so do you sell the kit also? If i was wanting to buy the hood first then the airbox.

I'd STRONGLY recommend ordering the kit with the hood because it is cheaper and shipping is FREE compared to like another $30 or so to ship.

 

Shipping should be less than $30. but it is cheaper to purchase the induction with the hood.

 

Yea but heres the deal, i work at a paint and body shop part-time, and he said he would buy the hood and let me work it off. And i dont want to tell him a really high price. So thats why i wanted to do it at 2 different times.

Is there much trouble in fitting the box to the hood?

 

The airbox is an easy install and doesn't require much work.

 

Ya i know i can do it and its not to hard, but will it seal up good with the hood for a proper flow?

 

Tbyrne can back me up on this but the airbox is made to custom fit the hood. He has more experience with it but my 2 cents is you can bolt the airbox up in a few minutes with the aftermarket hood already installed. If he doesn't reply to quick just drop tbyrne an email, he is a really nice guy to work with.

 

Yea i did and he responded pretty quick and he does seem really cool. I am going to order the hood.
