Heres a picture of Dave C. '97 Z28 Stinger hood from the inside.

 

Beat me to it. I don't have any from inside the car but Dave's there is a perfect representation. It's not too high from the inside at all.

One thing I will point out that I found out the hardway, changing your wiper blades is a little more difficult with this hood. Because of the way the cowl comes up to your windshield further than a regular hood does, you can't raise the driver's side windshield wiper arm because it'll hit the cowl. What I do is turn the windshield wipers on and allow it to go up halfway, then turn the car off so they stop halfway up your windshield. Then you can access them like normal.

 

I didn't think the blocking of the view would be that bad with the stinger hood. It's not much different than my cowl hood from the inside.
