Question Stainless CAI + Vortech stainless elbow = too much for the engine bay?

I recently won an auction on e-bay and picked up the GMPP stainless steel intake (looks like a chrome version of the SLP one) for a downright awesome price. I'm thinking of matching it up with a polished elbow like the Vortech or the new one by Trick Flow. The question is, will this be a little too much for the engine bay?

As far as engine bay appearance, I'll also have:

--Intake powdercoated "LT4 red"
--Polished valve covers (might just spray paint them black again if I decide it looks gay)
--Holley TB (possibly)

How do you think this would look? Does anyone have a similar setup?

Thumbs up

I think it will look very nice! I have that cold-air kit and my intake manifold powdercoated metallic red. I also have the Holley TB and it looks nice. Yours should look even nicer! Where would one get the metal elbow pieces from?

That is the exact set-up I have, in addition to other chrome/ polished parts. Lots of compliments!! E-mail me if you would like some pics; don't know how to post them yet.
