car is a 95 z28 my question is should i go with the 96-97 ss wing or the 98-02 ss wing
96-97 have no supports
98-02 have supports

I think no supports would look better, but personally I'd recommend something other than a stock spoiler.

I'd say 96-97, you hardly ever see them. Also I don't like the bars on 98-02 very much.

I'll be the one who says the 98+ SS spoiler, I love the look they have, the supports look better than nothing being there....
