Waxed the beast this weekend and figured I share a few pics. Still looks pretty good for being 13+ years old and having about 165k miles.

I am impressed my Honda has the same mileage and looks 10x times worse.

I am shocked how well your wheels have held up but I would clean the inside and give them a sealant.

 

The inside of the wheel wells? Brake dust accumulates too fast to worry about that and I drive the car almost daily in the warmer months. I have the original painted alloy wheels I use in the winter, even though I only drive it when the roads are clean and there is no forecast for snow. The chrome wheels on the car are about 10 years old but have held up well. As long as you keep chrome away from road salt and clean them every week or two they hold up well. Painted alloy wheels hold up really well even to road salt.
