Spoiler carbon fiber wrap
Re: Spoiler carbon fiber wrap
I wrapped my daughters hood after replacing it post accident rather than painting it.
1. Clay bar and clean the surface really well
2. Use a razor knife that is really easy to refresh the blade, eg breaking off the tip
3. Have a heat gun handy
4. Do it in a garage away from wind/sun
5. Watch a few YouTube videos of how other people do the process, wrapping is an art and it is a good idea to have a few different perspectives on how to attack things
I used Vvivid wrap based on a recommendation from YouTube and was very happy with the quality.

Also make sure to Get one of the soft rubber squeegee boards to push out air bubbles. My daughters hood took about 4 hours, but it had a ton of crazy shapes. Also be careful with the heat gun as to not melt the material! Good luck!
