I believe what you see is a 3 piece spoiler kit from www.rksport.com that will sit right on top of your factory spoiler.

I had one just like that on my 94 but it was 5" high and the one your looking at looks to be about 3" high.

when you click on the spoiler notice how the url says dgmspoiler, gives you apretty good idea its dg motorsports , who i might add makes excellent products with great customer service

looks like a replica of the RS spoiler, the idea of a 3-peice stickon spoiler never really grew on me. Looks sorta like the Mustang GT's tacked on hood scoop. Cheap.

 

Yes, and if you hold your mouse over the picture on the page where you got the picture it will indicate that it is a DG Motorsports 3 piece spoiler. All the pics on that site will do that
