looks nice, def need to get some better pics so we can see that mystic teal as it really is! Any special plans for the re-paint? I would think about painting that scoop black to go with the theme of the car, and def do the buckets in gloss instead of flat.

I have alot of ideas jumping around in my head for paint and cant seem to make up my mind. I kind of dig the hood flat black.....Im really considering shooting the hardtop flatblack as well so the hood flows to the top and back to the berger panel. Whats not pictured is the "stainless" FPA decal that runs off the hood onto the drivers fender, I kind of dig that too. One of these days Ill make up my mind, Im not going to any shows just want something that stands out a little.

no shows eh? well scratch what I said, keep the buckets flat. flat black roof, and scoop. Re-do the front grill as well. That would be a pretty beastly looking combo I think. (Also didn't notice the berger prior lol)

Not flat. Do matte. It looks a hell of a lot better than truly flat black.

As long as they're actually painted black and not just left in primer, then it's not unpainted...though I never have liked black hoods on a car that isn't black. I don't even like the black tops on most Z-28's.

Hey, you're sig is wrong. Your car is Bright Teal Metallic, not Mystic Teal. I loveeeeeee Bright Teal. Wish I could find a super low mileage Z28 or '96 SS in that color.

Don't you mean satin? I'm pretty sure flat and matte are the same thing.

flat/matte
satin/semi-gloss
gloss/normal
