Smoked headlights

has anyone seen a set of smoked headlights? but not the euro/halo ones. i am looking for a 'stock' look, but to be much darker. I already have the light covers, but those are a pain.

Re: Smoked headlights

hmmm good question. i'm not real sure about that. i've never heard of anyone that has done it. although if it can be done i'd be interested in knowing how to do it myself.

Re: Smoked headlights

nope unfortunately i didnt find out how to paint them until AFTER i bought a set of smoked halos. but i cant imagine it being that hard as long as you take your time. i would probably buy a set of cheap stockers to play with versus your originals though. that is what i would do.

Re: Smoked headlights

I did mine, it wasnt too hard to do although I did crack up my housing pretty good (nothing a little silicone sealant couldnt fix). I thought it looked cool. If you decide to do it just be more careful than me If you cant pry the lense off then put it back in the oven a little londer until you can, dont force it. You can see some pics in my sig, the older images, I have black halos now.
