SLP Bowtie grill

Thinking about getting a SLP bowtie grill. Can anyone tell me of there experience with it? Quality, fit, how does it mount (like original?) and where I can find the best price?

Thanks

I am very happy with mine. Easy to install mine came with heavy duty 3M doube sided tape it's been on the car now for over 2 years. Fit is great I like the looks of it. I purchased mine from WorldWide Camaro.

I am taking mine off and putting on a Stull billet grille/ w/retro blue bowtie.

SLP Grills

I have installed 2 of the grills, the SS and the bowtie and it's easy, Looks great on the car too. you will need a drill and something to press the push pins in with they are hard to get in with your hands, I used the rubber bottom of my hammer to push them in place. you will need some one to hold it in place while you mark the holes, or just drill them as they hold it there. As for removing the old grill I pulled it out from the side and cut the mounting tabs with garden shears, they say you can yank it off but I got nervous about pulling on the nose of my car that hard. Hope this helps. Tbryne motorsports is a little cheaper than SLP on it I think. Makes the car look much better I think,I have one of each bowtie on wifes Z,SS on my SS.
