slight sun-fading, is it fixable?!

slight sun-fading, is it fixable?!

okay so i was washing my brothers car a few days back because it was a beautiful day, and i noticed on the frnders and hood that there is a spot where it is fading and i dont know what to do about it, does anybody have any suggestions?!

any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

I don't know of any solution other than repainting.

You could try waxing it or buffing it but its going to need repainted eventually.

I'm guessing your talking about the 95 Firebird in your signature? I've got 2 94Camaros right now. They both have slightly sunfaded bumpers. Heck, the Z even has spiderwebbing. But thats OK, its a 10 year old muscle car, not a show car. Eventually I'm going to be repainting it but that isn't an option for me right now being 18 and Paying $250 mo for car payment / insurance.

lol damnit i cant afford to repaint it, cause the camaro is my main focus, and if this all works out, since i am lucky enough to recieve that firebird as a hand me down from my older brother, being that its all paid off, and my dad has insurance covered, im going to be a twin f body owner by age 18

i was hoping like a good like 4 hour detail when spring comes might make it a little better : /
