Show me your Aftermarket Hood!!

They are direct Bolt-Ons, so there was supposed to be mounting points for factory struts and latches. I never actually saw the hood except on the car, but I did ask if the hood was a pain, and they said it was just as simple as a factory hood
So you can use the existing ones, unless you feel like they are worn out, but mine definitely has them Operates just like a normal hood, pull the lever, flip up and it stays....

not mine... but when/if I get an aftermarket hood... it will either be the vis (painted of course.... carbon fiber looks tacky imo) or the harwood
hands down the vis is THE best looking hood for an lt1 camaro... no one here can convince me otherwise...

wow...the VIS hood looks sick! I've seen pictures of just the hood when it first came out and it looked nasty...but it looks nice on the car. I don't think the cowl is quite as high as the "stock" pictures VIS uses to show the hood. It reminds me of whistler's custom CF hood.
