Should I put a TA spoiler on?

Here is my Formula currently. The question I am asking is; should I leave the tail alone? Or should I put a TA soiler on it? Any comments on the car are welcome.

i LOVE the TA spoiler, but doesn't that mean a hatch swap? or do you put it on top of the existing one? if it's a seperate hatch i'd do it if i had the chance. if you stick on top with the current one, it will look funny.

keep the formula a formula, the formula spoiler has grown on me very much.

I prefer the formula spoiler much more as well. Just personal preference. If you wanna swap it, go ahead, but I say keep it as it is.

Re: Should I put a TA spoiler on?

To change to the TA spoiler I will have to change the entire hatch. There are very few Formula's out there I have seen with the TA spoiler put on. I just think that it would look good on my car. Thanks for the comments, more are welcomed.

I would just stick with the Formula spoiler.

Re: Should I put a TA spoiler on?

I like the TA rear bumper as well, but then it hangs lower than the Formula bumper, so it would look odd with out the side skirts, and of coarse then it would look odd with out the TA front bumper as well, and before ya know it, I have a TA instead of a Formula all together! If I do decide to go with the TA spoiler, it will probably be left at a TA spoiler. As for the LS1 front end, I would drool over how that would look, but my current pocket book isn't deep enough for that since I am currently doing motor work and a D1SC on my Z28.

Re: Should I put a TA spoiler on?

There is some guy on here with that exact same set up in his sig. Its even Black.

And it looks amazing and alot more orginal and it kind of flows with it. He also put 2 fogs in the Formula Vent parts.

Damn i wish i could remember his name. I think we also owned a vette or something tho.

If you can figure it out, let me know. As previously stated, there aren't too many Formula's with TA spoilers floating around. I've only seen 2, one was red, and one was burgandy. I would love to see what it looks like in black!

Re: Should I put a TA spoiler on?

Ben,
I would just leave the Formula spoiler on and not worry about the T/A style. I think that Formula's look good with the low profile spoiler, especially since yours is a hardtop. Just my $.02.

Jeff
