Short Photoshoot w/ New Front End

Only thing left to do now is fill in the holes where the front plate was and buy some paint. 2" cowl hood coming soon too.

^new fill-ins too.

Are you going to do the older badges all the way around?

COOL! Glad to see it wasn't another 98+ front end conversion like I expected (based on the title of the topic). Paint the grill black and skip changing the hood IMO.

I want to see some more pics of that custom painted navy blue one next to it!

I was expecting to see another 98+ conversion as well. That is pretty cool looking, definitely like the front z/28 badge.

Not sure yet. The grill emblem I used is actually for the grill of 1970-73 Camaros, I chose it because the 4th gen reminds me of the 2nd gen and in the 70 Z28s the emblem is off to the left like that too. The emblem was around $36 plus shipping. Not sure what the slightly smaller fender emblems cost, but it would be expensive to go with that all around. You could argue that it doesn't match just in the front like that, but I dunno.....I'll have to wait a while anyways if I were to do it that way. I'd have to get 3 more. Besides, I think it still looks good, I haven't grown tired of the 4th gen Z28 script b/c I've only had a Z for a few months.

If I were to paint the grill black, the 1LE fog light grills wouldn't stand out, in fact you probably wouldn't notice them.

And your wish is granted:

It's for sale.
