On my 02Z it screwed in just fine to the stock stick. And no it does not have any engravings whatsoever. It's just smooth and shiny. But in the summer (especially here in south Texas) it gets hot! I imagine it gets cold in the winter. We don't have those around here so I can't vouche for just how cold it gets. But well worth it, very very good quality.

I have a metal **** from MBA in my Formula, and yes it gets very cold, and very hot depending on the temperature. That is a definate draw back. Do you have any pics of it in your car? The site in your sig shows your Camaro when it was stock.

I will post some up before the end of the day tomorrow. I want to put the short throw stick on there too to complete the look.

Hey man, got those pics yet? I would really like to see how it looks in the car. Also, is the ball just metal? Or does it have a clear coat over the metal?

The T handle provides the most positive grip, its amazing. If someone would offer a leather wrapped T handle, I would be all over it.

Again, I'm really not looking for T handles here. Only interested in the ball shaped shifters.

Re: Shifter *****?

If I had an M6 I'd go for the Hurst T-handle.......I love that look, my dad's got it on his '70 Buick GS and my brother-in-law has it on his '99 SS.

Re: Shifter *****?

I seem to have found the site. This was pretty much what I was looking from the get go. Something custom looking. Now the only question is, should I get Z28 put in the shift **** or CALL911?

Re: Shifter *****?

yea from what it looks like he (or the manufacturer) does do custom ones so either is an option. I'll tell on the quailty in a couple of days since i picked up the one in the picture.

Also, i went out and measured my stocker and they should be around the same size both around 2.25 in or so
