Nice looking hood.

I'd LOVE to have a shaker hood for my car. I think Suncoast made one at one time.

The hood you linked doesn't look like a true shaker, it looks like it just has the shaker part attacked to the hood. The Suncoast (or whatever other company made it) actually had the part that attached to the intake or whatever and the hole in the hood.

If that hood is an ACTUAL shaker, it's a great price too.

I think if you are wanting a shaker hood you should make your own. I would just go get the shaker off a junk yard car. Then all you would have to do is cut a hole in your stock hood and make some mounts to mount it on top of your intake. I remember looking at an older TA with a shaker on it and they are blocked off from the factory so just mounting it onto your intake will work as you really can't have them funtional anyways. If you made your own i'm sure it would be much cheaper, and more importantly fit better as its a stock hood.

If I had a Firebird I would definetly purchase a shaker hood for it.

Too bad it would pretty much look like *** on a Camaro.

If I had an extra stock hood, I might try that!
