wow! I've thought about doing this multiple times, but the GIF animations I've seen of this weren't doing it justice. It looks great when it's smooth and it lights up fast like that! One concern I had was that I only wanted the lights to go sequentially when the turn signals/hazards are on. I want them to go on instantly when I press my brake lights.

I really like how they look on my car. But I'm trying to figure out if I can slow the cycle down a little bit. It's just a tad too fast for me the way it is. I may try a different flasher and see how that works.

Its rather easy to make it go slower, which I plan on doing. The 470K is the time it takes for each cycle, the 240K is the time between cycles. Thats jsut a guess from looking at the pinout, but I think its right. Just get a 1M pot and test it out.
