Running 17 x 10s Smoothies all around?

I'm thinking about running 17"x 10"Boyd Coddington Smoothies II all around. I'm using 275/40/17 Goodyear F1s for rubber. I'm installing the jounce spacer from SLP for the 17" upgrade. Now I'm wondering is there anything else I have to do to prevent rubbing and bottoming out. I know guys with 17"x11"s have to roll fenders or give it the hammer treatment. By the way the Boyd has a +38mm offset. Any help is greatly appreciated!

i used a razor blade to cut that lip off the quarter panel then used some sandpaper to smooth it out along with the spacers and no problems at all with rubbing
