Lightbulb Roof colsole revisited

I finally found a roof console for my car out of a GTA. I only paid $40 for it and its in mint condition. The only thing is I am clueless as to how to install it. It very similar to this one I read this thread : http://web.camaross.com/forums/showt...t=roof+console several times but I'm still kinda shaky on the how-to part. I am dumb so bare with me. Do I need to remove the headliner to do this? If I want to used the flashlight and the dome light, where should I tie my wires into, my dome light in the rear? On the topic of cutting, do I just need to measure and mark on my headliner the same spaces marked here : http://berlinetta.info/mypics/RoofConsoleTemplate.jpg and then go to cutting? Any help would be greatly aprreciated.

yes, you measure a 8 by 5 inch rectangle and cut it out , make sure its centered and make another hold for the back lights of the console.

just look and think before you cut anything, this includes your headliner!!!

everything will be a breeze!!!!

it was for me, one hint:

don't use the dremel, it will take forever!!!!

but its doable with it!!!!
