Reverse Indiglo Gauge wiring?

Hey guys, i just got a set of reverse indiglo guages from a ProCarParts ebay auction, says no need to remove needles so i guess i can wiggle them on in such a way so as not to remove or break needles, do i need to turn the ignition key to ON so the needles move up before sliding them on? also whats the best way to wire them up? so that they come on like normal guages? thanks

I figured out the hard way how to install the gauges in my car. those are good pics but an easier way to do it is to clip the wires (brown and black) and use the appropriate wire nuts to secure them back together unless you are all about saudering. I had to trim my gauge bezel too. (my poor girlfriend was waiting for what she thought was an hour project - 4 hours!
