repaint gfx

how much should it cost to sand down and repaint the passenger side ground effects, they are chipped pretty bad.

It will vary depending on your area and who does it within your area and how busy they are (do they NEED the work or not?). Your best bet is to call a few reputable paint and body shops and get some quotes. Good luck!

One place that I know does good work said about $320, it seemed a little high?

That would be a good price around here for good work. Gotta remember they need to take them off, paint them, and re-install them. Some places might not even install them for that!
