Cool

dry brush with firm toothbrush or firm nylon brush

if still there

dip brushes in rubbing alcohol and brush again.

takes awhile but it will be gone.

Slayer,

Use Simple Green, it works like a charm! You can get it at Wal-Mart.

Next time - when applying - sprinkle some baking powder on top of the wax as it dries. Not only will it allow the wax to come off easier, it will make the finish a lot smoother.

If you are talking about non-painted plastic like a plastic bumper (non F-Body), or side molding - the Simple Green suggestion is sounding pretty good.
