ok I knowa lot of people say just PULL, but does anyone know the CORRECT way you are supposed to, say.....if a GM dealer had to remove one for some reason or another...?

They would most likely remove the whole front bumper. Just pull it man. It won't hurt anything, and everyone is doing it.

Just PULL! Seriously. I just did it to mine. Pics on my site. It has like black felt-cardboard like material back there on each side. I covered that up with some metal mesh.
