I know you gotta do it from underneath.....unbolt the plastic underneath the front fascia and you get to the parking light lenses from behind.....I had to replace a bulb on one of mine right after I got the car, and it was kind of a PITA to do because they don't come out from the front. It's been almost a year since I did that so I don't remember exactly how you do it, but I know you have to get under the front of the car and pull the out from the back.

Get under your car and you should see two small things on the sides w/ little vents for the air to go in to the airbox on the DS anyways.

Theres a few bolts, 10M I believe. Take them off.. they're a little bit of a PITA to get out w/o removing the air dam but its not that bad. Once you have those off you will have access to the parking lights, 3 bolts, disconnect the bulbs from the housings.
